1. Who we are

Ghaith Al Khair is a licensed e-commerce store in Saudi Arabia. We sell products such as water, meals and hospitality, and distribute them for you at the places you choose in Makkah: inside the Haram, its courtyards, the mosques of Makkah and its hospitals.

We sell paid products and distribution services only. Our company details are at the end of this page.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Saudi mobile number and a code we send by WhatsApp or text message. Keep your phone and codes to yourself: an order placed from your account is treated as placed by you.

Give us accurate details, especially your mobile number, as we send your invoice, distribution updates, photos and videos to it.

3. Orders and prices

• Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT where it applies.
• The price of each product includes its distribution at the place you choose.
• An order is confirmed once the payment succeeds and we send you its number.
• We may decline or cancel an order we can’t distribute, for example when a place is closed to distribution. We then refund it in full.

4. Distribution

We distribute at the place and on the days you choose, or on the next distribution day if you don’t choose. Distribution in and around the Haram follows the rules of the authorities that manage it, which can move it to another time or a nearby place. When that happens, we tell you.

You can follow each order under My orders, from received to distributed.

5. Photos and videos of the distribution

When an order is distributed, our team photographs or films the distribution and shares it with you only, under My orders and by WhatsApp or text message. The angle and number of photos and videos depend on the rules in the field, and a different angle or fewer of them are not a reason for a refund.

We photograph the products and the place, and avoid showing the faces of pilgrims and worshippers.

6. Gifts

You can send an order as a gift. We then send the recipient a message by WhatsApp or text message saying the order was made in their name.

• Only add someone’s mobile number if they agree to receive our message.
• You can hide your name. The message then says the order is from “a doer of good”.
• The order, and any refund, stays yours, not the recipient’s.

7. Orders performed on someone’s behalf

Umrah on behalf and udhiyah are performed in the name you give us, by people we appoint, according to the Sunnah. Check the name before you order: we perform it exactly as you write it.

We tell you the date it was performed and share its photos or video as for any other order.

8. Payment

You can pay with mada, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay. Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.

9. Cancellations and refunds

What you can cancel, and what we refund, depends on how far your order has gone. Our refund and cancellation policy explains each stage.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events we can’t control, such as decisions of the authorities, crowd management in the Haram, the weather or a public emergency. In these cases we distribute as soon as we can, or refund what we couldn’t distribute.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders already placed follow the terms in force when they were placed.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If we can’t settle a disagreement together, it goes to the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
